About this program
Apprentices spend 40 hours per week, split between work and attending classes to complete their Associate's Degree with a concentration in business over the course of two years. Aon covers salary, benefits, tuition, books and fees. Apprentices are considered a permanent Aon employee as soon as they begin the program; upon successful completion of the program they will remain employed at Aon.
