About this program
Train to become a Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) in a long-term care facility. Course topics include residents rights, communication, safety observation, reporting and basic comfort and care. Students who successfully complete this program earn a THECB recognized Occupational Skills Award, and start on the pathway to earn a level one certification as a Patient Care Technician.
