Program Details

Duration: The first 3 months trainees get trained in the warehouse. Afterwards, trainees work job sites focusing on a specific modules, such as framing, weather proofing, and cabinetry.
Format: Trainees receive a pay raise after each module is completed.
Cost: $0, free

Although background checks are required, we are background friendly (with some restrictions)

About this program

Trainees receive paid, on-the-job training while developing skills in residential construction, including roofing, framing, carpentry, weather proofing and more. Trainees also receive industry credentials along the way.
